2. Shift and Schedule

Shift: Day shift
Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours per Day: 8 hours listed
Weekend Requirement: Weekend rotation

3. Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of hospice nursing experience — mandatory.
Travel experience is preferred but not required.
Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience is mandatory.
OASIS experience is preferred.

4. Required License and Certification

Active Michigan RN license.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
