Hospice RN – Days ☀️ - 8a–5p - 2+ years of hospice experience required - Required: AHA BLS, Homecare Homebase experience - OASIS experience preferred - Travel experience preferred - Home visits covering Petoskey, East Jordan, Boyne City, Harbor Springs, and Mancelona; potential coverage from Mackinaw City to Mancelona, west of I-75 - Provides skilled nursing care, patient assessments, care planning, and patient/family education - No on-call requirements - Weekend rotation required
