TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Ocnomowoc, Wisconsin.
UNIT: Hospice
Manager Interview
Required Certifications: BLS (American Heart) & WI or Compact RN License
Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience required; Inpatient experience is required
On Call/Call Back Requirements: Optional
Shift Requirements: Every other weekend; Holiday rotation
Float Requirements: NA
Charting Experience Required: EPIC required within last 12 months
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):16 beds, hospice patients, 1:6
Strong patient advocate, Comfortable with End of Life, Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
Scrub Colors: Any
Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and SimpliFi. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
