Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Fort Worth, Texas.

Job Description & Requirements

40 hours per week
Shift: 10 hours, rotating
Employment Type: Travel

Schedule Details:

Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Saturday–Sunday: 24-hour on-call coverage (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
One week on, followed by one week off
Paid standard 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Extensive hospice experience
Hospice on-call experience
Hospice admissions experience
HCHB EMR experience

Responsibilities:

Assess patient and family needs and develop individualized care plans.
Provide hospice and comfort care while maintaining patient dignity.
Assess and manage pain and symptoms.
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Support patients and families through end-of-life care.
