Job Opportunity – Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse – Texas
Start Date: September 28, 2026
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7 on/7 off rotation. Monday-Friday 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM, 24-hour coverage Saturday-Sunday (8:00 AM - 8:00 AM). Standard 40 hours per week paid.
Highlights:

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
- Extensive hospice nursing experience required
- Proven on-call hospice experience required
- Hospice admissions experience required
- Proficiency with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) EMR system
- Strong assessment skills for pain management and comfort care
- Excellent communication and teaching skills for patient, family, and caregiver education
