- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a "teacher" for patients:
- Help identify personal goals of care

- Position Details:
- Full-time role with on-call requirement of 2 shifts/month
- Shifts: 3-12's from 7pm-7am, rotating
- Orientation process: 3 days from 8am-5pm before transitioning to night shift
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2
