Requirements

• Active Utah or Compact RN license
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; hospice, home health, or palliative care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate approach to supporting patients and families
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits
• BLS certification
• HospiceSoft/Careficient EMR experience preferred
