Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health- Provide patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and document changes
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements of the RN - Home Health- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in home health or similar setting preferred
