Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health- Provide direct patient care in home settings
- Assess and monitor patient health and progress
- Educate patients and families about health management

Requirements of the RN - Home Health- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in home health preferred
