Here are the details: 
Position: RN Home Health   
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension 
Shift: M - F 8:30 am to 5 pm 5x8s
Location: 4041 MacArthur Blvd #100, Newport Beach, CA 92660
Local Candidate only
Pay: Up to $65/hr. on W2   

 

Job Summary: -The Clinical Nurse I role provides direct patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act to assigned patients in the Home Health and/or Hospice setting. -The nurse collaborates with other disciplines of the health care team to ensure the delivery of safe, timely, and appropriate quality patient care. -This includes providing physical assessments, IV, Infusion, nursing interventions, pain management, medication administration, specimen collection, meeting nutritional needs, and teaching and discharge needs of the patients assigned. -Utilizes the nursing process based on evidence-based best practices to meet patient care needs. -Evaluates and adjusts the nursing care process as necessary with consultation as needed and confers with the appropriate resource personnel when making ethical/legal/medical dilemma decisions. -Performs other duties as assigned.
