Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Provide nursing care for patients with wounds, ostomies, and IVs
• Work collaboratively within a team of 8 RNs and 2 LPNs
• Engage in patient assessment and monitoring with EMR system EPIC
• Participate in a structured Monday to Friday schedule

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• WI State License or Compact License
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CPI certifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Experience with wounds, IVs, ostomies, catheters, and drains
• Valid driver's license and insurance
