Home Health RN – Travel Assignment
Location: Aspirus Wausau At Home, Wausau, WI Contract: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour days, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Details
- Specialty: Home Health RN
- Patient Load: 20–25 patients
- Average Visits: 4.5 visits/day
- Travel: Approximately 25–60 miles/day
- Mileage Reimbursement: Government-approved rate
- Weekend/Holiday: Every 5th weekend and holiday rotation
- On-Call: 2–3 times per month
- Float: Medford, Antigo, and Wisconsin Rapids, as needed
- Scrub Color: Navy blue
- EMR: Epic Remote Client/Remote Care; OASIS experience required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience
- Prior travel experience required
- Active Wisconsin or Compact RN license
- BLS – AHA or ARC
- Valid driver's license
- OASIS experience required; OASIS certification is a plus
- Associate degree or nursing certificate required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
