Pay: $2,767.20 weekly

Shifts: 8 Days; Monday-Friday 0800-1630 (rotating weekends and holidays); One weekend on call per month, one evening on call per week

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Provide care for home health and hospice patients, including chronic condition management
• Conduct admissions, start of care (SOC), re-certifications, and resumptions
• Deliver wound care and practice excellent infection control in the home environment
• Proficiently document using OASIS for utilization review
• Participate in rotating weekend and evening on-call schedules

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Current RN license
• Recent home health experience within the last 2 years
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation
• Experience in wound care
