The RN will provide care in patients' homes in the designated area. The role requires visiting patients and performing necessary evaluations and treatments. The RN should have experience with admission assessments and discharge planning, as well as wound care management. The RN is expected to manage medication administration and assess patient pain levels. The position involves visiting up to six patients per day, adhering to productivity standards.
