Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.
POSITION: Home Health RN
LOCATION: Wausau, WI
SHIFT: 8H Days | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
CONTRACT: 13 Weeks | 40 Hrs/Week
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ yrs Home Health + prior travel experience REQUIRED, BLS (AHA/ARC), Active WI/Compact RN License, Valid Driver’s License, OASIS experience, 50+ miles from facility.
DETAILS: 4.5 visits/day avg | 20–25 patients | 25–60 miles/day | Mileage reimbursed | OASIS admissions/episode management | Wound, IV, ports, labs & chronic disease care | Epic Remote Care | Potential float to Medford, Antigo & WI Rapids.
SCHEDULE: Every 5th weekend/holiday | On-call 2–3x/month | Navy blue scrubs.
