Description

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

RADUIS RULE: TRAVELER MUST BE OUTSIDE 50 MILES FROM FACILITY - 

Shift requirement: 8 hours days. Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times.


Weekend/Holiday: Every 5th weekend and holiday rotation


On-call: 2-3 times per month


Travel Requirements: 20-25 patients, 4.5 visits per day on average (may be less if a day of higher travel). It can vary from 25-60 miles per day depending on the territory, patient census, staff availability, ect. Try to keep it to a minimum as much as possible.


Mileage reimbursed at the government approved rate


Float: potential to Medford, Antigo, WI Rapids . This would be limited as right now the highest need is in Wausau.

Required Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, Active WI or Compact license, Valid Driver's license, OASIS cert a PLUS.


Minimum experience: 2+ years home health experience, 

 

Prior travel experience REQUIRED.


Charting Experience: Oasis required, experience with Epic Remote Client/Remote Care

During flu season, any traveler who declines flu and COVID vaccination is required to wear a mask at all times. This is policy, and compliance is mandatory
