Clinician will average 5-20 visits per day. A daily point system is utilized for productivity metrics. On-call requirement is typically 3-5 nights per month and will be scheduled around day shifts. Every 4th weekend rotation is required, with 2 days off surrounding these weekends. Must have experience in phlebotomy and access/care of ports. Knowledge of wound care, including wound vac management, is essential. Experience with ventilator maintenance is preferred. Skills in cardiac care include knowledge of infusion pumps and telemetry. Candidate will perform assessments and provide patient education tailored to socioeconomic needs. The clinician will not float outside their scope to meet facility needs.
