Location: Adams and Franklin Counties, PA

Pay: $2,526.40/week

Shifts: 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday, every 4th weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Home Health for a travel assignment in the charming areas of Adams and Franklin Counties, PA. This role will have you working both independently and collaboratively, providing vital care and assessments in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Conduct admission assessments and routine visits
• Manage medication assessments and administration
• Coordinate services and discharge planning
• Provide wound care and manage wound V.A.C
• Perform OASIS data collection and documentation
• Care for patients with tracheostomies, IV infusions, and feeding tubes

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Current ASN or BSN, BLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
• OASIS experience required
• Capacity to work every 4th weekend
