Must-Have: Travel experience required. Must be able to perform admissions and complete Oasis assessments. Description: The role involves visiting patients in their homes to provide nursing care. Responsibilities include managing patient assessments and developing care plans. Candidates should possess skills related to adult home health care. The position requires involvement in medication administration and infection control precautions. Experience with obtaining vital signs and management of IVs/central lines is necessary.
