Ardor Health Solutions is seeking two experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for an 8-week Home Health assignment based out of Bridgeton, MO, serving patients throughout St. Louis County and St. Louis City.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Home Health RNs who are comfortable working independently in the field, providing hands-on skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, and completing required Home Health and OASIS documentation.
Candidates should be confident managing a home health caseload and providing high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the episode of care.
