TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Canton, Ohio.
Unit: Home Healthcare
Experience Required: 2 years of recent home health experience with OASIS proficiency
Charting Experience: The agency EMR is MatrixCare. Prior experience is helpful but not required. The ability to document skilled nursing care to meet Medicare requirements is necessary.

Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills! Hard worker, resilient and manages change well, social candidates.
Medical surgical nursing skills with experience and proficiency in wound care, infusion therapy, as well as developing and updating care plans and provider orders.
Unit Information: Current agency census is 348. There are 2 clinical managers that each RN reports to. The agency provides nursing, PT, OT, ST, aide and Social Work services.
Unit Strengths: Support for staff and accessibility of supervisory, resource nurse and quality staff members.
Certs Required: Valid, unencumbered Ohio RN license. Must have a background check completed per Ohio law and regulation.
Float: None required
Unit Information: Primary location: Patient residences within the service area of the agency. The majority of visits will be in Stark County. The ability to travel throughout the service area is required.
On Call/Call Back Requirement: Will require being on call as assigned. This will entail being contacted by the answering service and responding to patient/caller needs. Rarely, a visit might be required. This is typically an 11p- 8a on call requirement
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every 4th weekend.
