Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Newcastle, Wyoming.
Description
As a Home Health RN, you will provide essential care to patients in their homes, focusing on basic medical and orthopedic cases, as well as some wound care. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday during the day, and you will be responsible for coordinating visits primarily in the Newcastle and Upton areas. You will also manage on-call duties every two weeks, ensuring patients receive timely responses and care.
