Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Mileage is paid at $0.70/mi up to 375 miles per week in addition to this pay
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8hr or 10hr shifts (open to discussion) 8a-4:30pm
Guaranteed Hours Per week: 40*GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed*
**Starting at the Home Health office and covering a 9 county radius in NE WI (average travel of 75-100 miles per day, 4-6 visits per day with travel time included in shift length)

MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE
On Call/Call back: N/A Weekend /Holiday Rotation Requirements: Every other weekend (open to every weekend).
Up to every other holiday.
ALL required certifications: Current WI RN license or Compact. AHA BLS. Required Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
Minimum experience: 2-3 years of ACUTE home health experience, acute experience absolutely. REQUIRED.*They need they see acute patients that are currently in a home health setting. It is a very different/independent environment* EPIC Experience REQUIRED. Point of care documentation experience REQUIRED. OASIS Experience STRONGLY preferred by not required
