Shift:Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 05:00)
Locations of coverage :: Sidney, Piqua, Troy, Tipp City
must have atleast 1 year of recent Home health experience as an RN
Note:Performs OASIS assessments to develop an individualized plan of care and makes adjustments as needs change
License: must have valid state license prior to starting, cannot start with pending license
Charting: HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred, not required
