Registered Nurse – Home Health - Travel - (HH RN)

Pay Rate: $2329.00 - $2448.00
Travel RN Home Health jobs in Thomasville, NC covering the Randolph County service area are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, with an expected 40 hours per week and no on-call required.
You must have a current NC license, home health experience, and OASIS proficiency. Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR is required. You will complete 5-6 visits per day, performing patient assessments, admissions, and care following established plans, while documenting all care accurately.
