0800-1630 M-F, weekend/holiday every 4th
Will require being on call as assigned. This will entail being contacted by the answering service and responding to patient/caller needs. Rarely, a visit might be required. This is typically an 11p- 8a on call requirement
Minimum Experience REQUIRED: 2 years of recent home health experience with OASIS proficiency
Charting Experience: The agency EMR is MatrixCare. Prior experience is helpful but not required. The ability to document skilled nursing care to meet Medicare requirements is necessary.
