Travel RN Home Health jobs in Thomasville, NC offer an immediate start for a 13-week assignment with 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. You will complete 5 to 6 home visits per day using OASIS assessments and document care in Homecare Home Base. This role requires an active North Carolina RN license and proven home health experience.
