This opportunity offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive $2,300 weekly blended rate. The ideal candidate will have previous Home Health experience and be confident providing high-quality, patient-centered skilled nursing care in patients’ homes.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently in the field, managing a home health caseload, completing OASIS assessments, and maintaining accurate and timely Home Health documentation.
