Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer
Client will not consider candidates who live within 50 miles of facility
Typical Daily Mileage: approx 35-50 miles
Mileage paid at current Federal Rate - To be calculated TO and FROM Main office ONLY (not from housing)
Dress Code: Olive Green Scrubs
Non-billable Orientation: 8hrs
Holiday and OT Multipliers: 1.25%
MI license must be in-hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
