Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients within an assigned territory
• See approximately 5-6 patients per day in a high-volume caseload
• Complete OASIS assessments and maintain high-volume documentation requirements
• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule (1 weekend out of every 4)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey required
• Minimum 2 years of home health experience
• OASIS experience required to be considered
• Must be a local candidate or a traveler able to reach the North Princeton territory within a reasonable commute

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume home health environment
• Strong documentation and time management skills to support a busy daily caseload
