• Observing, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing support for individuals
• Collaborating with other health professionals in planning and evaluating health programs
• Coordinating communications regarding health and safety supports
• Managing the medication administration process and related policies
• Updating physicians with progress reports as needed
• Maintaining accurate nursing documentation
• Supervising and training staff on health-related issues
• Scheduling and addressing health-related appointments efficiently
• Maintaining communication with inpatient providers during hospitalizations
