Pay: $2,208.40 per week

Shifts: M-F 8am-5pm (Some weekends may be required)

This role is based in Meridian, MS, and involves providing care primarily in a community or small facility setting. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in the community.
• Work with healthcare professionals to address health needs and evaluate care programs.
• Coordinate communication and actions regarding health and safety support.
• Manage medication processes including ordering, monitoring, and disposal as prescribed by the physician.
• Document health status and progress in nursing notes.
• Direct and supervise activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses.
• Schedule and complete health-related appointments and follow through on findings.
• Provide training on health and safety topics to staff.

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• MS License (Accepted compact license)
• Experience in Home Health care, HCHB, OASIS
