Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm; On Call: Monday-Thursday 5pm-8am (once every three weeks)

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health- Assess, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans for individuals
- Supervise care plans and staff members
- Plan and evaluate health programs in collaboration with other professionals
- Coordinate communication for health and safety supports
- Manage medication administration and documentation
- Maintain health status documentation and follow-up on changes in condition
- Supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses
- Schedule and respond to health-related appointments
- Provide training for new employees and ongoing staff certification
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health- GA License (Compact Licenses accepted)
- Proficiency with HCHB, OASIS, and Wound Vacs
- Home care experience
