Location: Hagerstown, MD
Pay: $2,208.40 weekly
Shifts: 8a-5p Monday - Friday, On-call rotating every third weekend
Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN specializing in Home Health for a contract-to-hire travel assignment in Hagerstown, MD. This role requires an experienced RN to work onsite, providing critical health assessments and implementing care plans for individuals in a community or small facility setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals
- Work closely with other health professionals in planning and evaluating services
- Coordinate communications and actions for health and safety support
- Manage medication ordering, reviewing, and monitoring
- Supervise care plans and provide necessary progress reports to physicians
- Ensure safety protocols and policies are in place and reviewed regularly
- Direct and supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed
- Facilitate health-related appointments and follow up on care
- Conduct training for new employees and recertification on health and safety topics
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel- MD license or compact license required
- Experience with HCHB and OASIS required
- Experience with PICC lines and wound VAC a plus
