Position:Registered Nurse – Home Health Location: Greensboro, NC 27405 Weekly Pay: $2,230 Shift: Days | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.
Manage a designated caseload, complete comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Accurately document visits and patient progress using HCHB (Homecare Homebase).
Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home care plans to promote positive outcomes.
Travel between patient homes throughout the day using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed at the current federal rate).
