Open to accommodating block schedule Monday through Friday. Local candidates are accepted. Daily tasks include: Conducting admission assessments. Managing adult home health needs. Administering medications and IV infusions. Providing care for various medical equipment and conditions, including feeding tubes and wound care. Performing clinical assessments and documenting care in charting systems. Coordinating services for patients. Carrying out discharge planning and follow-up care. Monitoring patient vital signs and managing pain. Implementing infection control precautions. Supporting palliative care and hospice needs. Patient demographics: Adults and geriatrics. Daily census includes various patient diagnoses. Interdisciplinary support is available, including interpretation services. Candidates must be willing to float within their scope of practice.
