Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health travel assignment in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on providing quality care and home health services, with an average travel range of 60-80 miles per day across multiple communities. Successful candidates will be responsible for completing six visits a day, ranging from routine visits to discharge and reassessments.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Conduct six visits a day, including routine visits, discharges, ROCs, recerts, reassessments
- Provide care for chronic diseases, wound care, IVs, and pleurx
- Utilize Homecare Homebase for charting and documentation
- Manage and oversee a caseload of up to 25-30 patients
- Offer disease education and case management
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Valid Driver's License and proof of Insurance
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year Home Health Nursing experience
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase EMR
