Pay: $2,122.40 per week

Shifts: Schedule cycle every 13 weeks, no weekend rotation unless interested

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Travel assignment in Home Health located in Charlotte, NC. The role involves making visits throughout University City, Cornelius, Davidson, Kannapolis, Salisbury, Concord, Huntersville, and nearby cities. Nurses will be required to complete an average of 60-80 miles a day with mileage reimbursed weekly.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Complete 6 routine visits per day, including discharges, ROC, recerts, and reassessments
• Provide care for patients with chronic diseases, wound care/wound vac, IV, and pleurx
• Perform charting using Homecare Homebase and manage cases of up to 25-30 patients

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Valid Driver's License and proof of Insurance
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Nursing experience
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience
