Job Opportunity – Clinical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Michigan

Schedule: Standard working hours with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Highlights:
- Provide direct nursing care to frail and elderly participants in both clinic and home-based settings
- Work independently utilizing advanced nursing knowledge to triage emergent situations and manage complex clinical cases
- Perform home visits for wound care, lab draws, assessments, and other nursing tasks in coordination with Primary Care Providers
- Administer treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed while monitoring acute and chronic medical conditions
- Collaborate with licensed and non-licensed personnel in a team-oriented care environment

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with nursing diploma or degree from an accredited School of Nursing or University
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Science of Nursing preferred
- Minimum of one year experience working with frail, elderly, or long-term care population
- Home care experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Wound care experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against required communicable diseases including Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B
