Job Opportunity – Clinical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Michigan
Start Date: September 9, 2026
Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan

Schedule: Standard schedule with flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Highlights:
- Provide direct clinical nursing care to elderly participants in both clinic and home-based settings
- Work independently applying advanced nursing knowledge to manage complex clinical situations
- Collaborate with Primary Care Providers to monitor acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct regular home visits including wound care, lab draws, and comprehensive nurse assessments

Requirements:
- Associate's degree required in Nursing; Bachelor's degree in Science of Nursing preferred
- RN Nursing Diploma or Degree from accredited School of Nursing or University
- Active Michigan RN license
- Minimum one year experience working with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations
- Home care experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Wound care experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Valid Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Full vaccination or willingness to be fully vaccinated against required communicable diseases (Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B)
