A vehicle, driver's license, and auto insurance are necessary. The mileage radius for this job is 50-75 miles. Clinicians must accept assigned patients regardless of distance from previous appointments. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of patient appointments. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Clinicians facing low patient census may be given opportunities to float to a nearby clinic. On-call expectations are included after scheduled hours. The position requires reliable transportation. Use of personal vehicle for patient visits will be reimbursed per IRS standard rates.
