Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health- Provide direct patient care in a home health setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals
- Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Ensure patient safety and quality of care
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state Compact license
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- At least 2 years of ICU experience preferred
- Education: Associates Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelors in Nursing preferred
