Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5×8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM); schedule may vary based on office needs, including Monday-Friday, Thursday-Monday, Friday-Tuesday, and alternating weekend rotations
Key Responsibilities

• Perform skilled home health visits (expected 6-8 visits per day) for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance patients
• Conduct cardiopulmonary assessments, wound care (basic wound care, ABI compression dressings, wound vac dressings), and post-operative care
• Provide IV therapy including PICC line and Midline care and dressing changes, SQ port access/deaccess, and Pleurx/Aseptdrain care
• Perform clinical procedures including foley catheter changes, staple/suture removal, glucometer and pro-time machine use, SQ/IM injections, and lab draw venipuncture
• Manage high-risk diagnoses including Heart Failure, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, and Stroke
• Self-schedule visits and document using designated electronic systems; utilize provided laptop, MiFi, and portable printer for field work

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or Compact license required at time of submission
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required; private duty nursing experience alone will not be accepted
• OASIS training and experience required
• Infusion experience and IV skills required
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for home visits
• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or have an exemption form on file; flu shot or declination required with mandatory mask wearing in either case
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Experience with high-risk cardiac and pulmonary patient populations
• Familiarity with Medicare home health documentation and compliance requirements
