Contract | Days (5×8 Hours) | Monday-Friday with alternating weekend shifts; hours may vary based on office needs
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct skilled home visits (expected 6-8 per day) for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance patients
• Perform cardiopulmonary assessments, wound care (including ABI compression dressings, wound vac dressings), and post-operative care
• Manage IV therapy including PICC line and Midline care and dressing changes, SQ port access/deaccess, and Pleurx/Aseptdrain care
• Perform lab draws via venipuncture, SQ/IM injections, foley catheter care and changes, staple/suture removal, and use of glucometer and pro-time machine
• Complete OASIS documentation and scheduling using electronic systems including laptop, MiFi, and portable printers
• Self-schedule visits and hours based on the needs of the HomeCare office

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or Compact license required at time of submission
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Skilled home health experience with OASIS training and experience required; private duty nursing experience alone will not be accepted
• Infusion experience required; IV skills and wound care proficiency required
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for home visits
• Must be COVID-19 vaccinated or have an exemption form on file; flu shot or declination required with mandatory masking if declined
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Experience managing high-risk diagnoses including Heart Failure, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, and Stroke
• Willingness to float within or to nearby affiliate locations as needed
