Description:
The Home Health Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to adults in a home health setting.
The nurse will manage approximately 30 patients, providing visits that may include start of care and recertifications.
Daily visits are expected, with an average of 6.5 points accrued each day.
There is a resource available for support while in the field, including a clinical manager or educator accessible for emergencies.
The position does not require on-call responsibilities.
Scrubs are the designated attire for this role, with no specific color requirements.
This role requires participation in holiday rotation as needed.
