Key Responsibilities of the Endoscopy RN- Perform endoscopic procedures and assist with Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT)
- Provide pre-op, intra-op, and post-op care
- Manage call requirements and respond promptly to on-call situations
- Float to pre-op on days without GI cases or when overstaffed
- Utilize EPIC and Provation for EMR tasks
Requirements of the Endoscopy RN- Minimum 2 years Endoscopy RN experience
- BLS (AHA only), ACLS required; PALS preferred
- Pass ECG competency exam on Day 1
- Strong IV skills required
