An RN-driven assessment approach to sedation is utilized, managing patients within targeted sedation range based on the Ramsay Sedation Scale score. Call requirements will necessitate the ability to stay past the end of shift to complete the day's schedule. Travelers will be required to pass a telemetry test before beginning the assignment, including strict passing criteria for adult and pediatric rhythms. The position requires high acuity, and candidates must be willing to perform bedside procedures in various settings.
