An immediate travel contract opening is available for an experienced Endoscopy / Gastroenterology Laboratory Registered Nurse (RN) in Leesburg, Virginia (Loudoun County / Northern Virginia). Operating within an advanced endoscopy procedural suite that handles a high-volume mix of outpatient cases (75%) and inpatient procedures (25%), this position features a structured 4x10 daytime schedule (07:00 AM – 17:30 PM / 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, varying weekdays, 40 guaranteed weekly hours). NO FLOATING OUTSIDE ENDO! Departmental volume averages approximately 25 procedural cases per day across routine and acute diagnostic/therapeutic GI interventions. If you are an acute endoscopy nurse skilled in pre-op admission, intra-procedural moderate sedation, physician procedural assistance, advanced airway monitoring, and Phase I/II recovery looking to earn $2,367/week with maximum allowable tax-free stipends in Northern Virginia, this contract is built for you!

Location Details: Assignment is located in Leesburg, VA 20176 (Dept: Gastroenterology Laboratory / Endoscopy). ⏱️️ Assignment Timeline: 40 hours guaranteed weekly (4x10-hour day shifts). No Float Policy: Travelers are strictly protected from floating to other inpatient units. On-Call Structure: Weekend and holiday coverage handled by call rotation (1–2x/week; 10-hour call blocks on Sat/Sun; 2-hour call blocks M–F; self-scheduled). Specialized Core Skills: Strong peripheral IV start competency and moderate conscious sedation experience required. Submittal Rules & Compliance: Active VA or Compact RN license, AHA BLS, and AHA ACLS must be uploaded with the initial submittal packet. Resume must show a full 2+ years of dedicated Endoscopy/GI Lab procedural experience. Uniform requirement: Navy Blue bottoms with Solid Navy or Solid White tops. Facility Cancellation Policy: Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts on assignments 12 weeks or less, or up to 3 shifts on assignments 13 weeks or longer. All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be presented upfront with the submittal packet.
