Job Opportunity – Endoscopy Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36-hour work week consisting of two 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and two 8-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM). Call requirements include one weekday call per week and one weekend call per 6-week schedule. Commitment to work 2-3 weekends per contract and holidays as scheduled.

Highlights:

  • Specialized endoscopy unit with 3 procedure rooms and 11 beds, serving an average daily census of 20 patients
  • Diverse procedural experience including ERCP with Spy Glass, Bronchoscopy, EBUS, Colonoscopy, EGD, and ION procedures
  • Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 in a well-supported environment
  • Epic EMR system and Pyxis medication management
  • Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, phlebotomy, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
  • Maximum of 7 days requested time off per contract (blackout dates apply for Spring Break: April 4-12)

Requirements:

  • Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 1 year of endoscopy nursing experience; first-time travelers accepted
  • ERCP experience is required; experience with ERCP with Spy Glass, Bronchoscopy, EBUS, Colonoscopy, EGD, and ION procedures
  • Experience with conscious sedation administration and monitoring
  • Patient ratio experience of 1:2 preferred
  • Epic charting system experience preferred
  • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
  • Full compliance required prior to start date; all documents due Tuesday before scheduled start
