Description:
This position requires a registered nurse with a specialty in endoscopy.
The nurse will provide care for an adult to geriatric patient population.
The daily census averages around 20 patients with a staffing ratio of 1:2 in three rooms.
The expected weekly hours are 36, with shifts scheduled as two 10-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts.
The nurse will be responsible for administering conscious sedation and monitoring patient outcomes.
The nurse will assist with pre and post-procedure tasks and ensure patient safety and comfort.
Call requirements include one weekday and one weekend call per six-week schedule.
The nurse is expected to work on major holidays if they fall within the assignment period.
Full compliance with onboarding requirements is necessary to start on time.
Clinical screens will be conducted to determine the candidate’s fit for the role.
